I went through school struggling with education and felt I was stupid. I taught myself that to succeed I have to work hard, because I wasn't capable of working smart.Before my last couple of exams at university I found out I had dyslexia and the lady who tested me told me to stop using coping strategies and do the task as asked. Which I seriously struggled with. I basically taught myself how to mask my 'disability.'
